OUTDOOR BURNING
KCFR requires a burn permit year round. You are now able to obtain burn permits for yard waste, burn barrels, hand piled slash and machine piled slash online at burnpermits.idaho.gov. through the Idaho Department of Lands website.  We will require a scheduled pre-inspection prior to burning any hand piled /machine piled slash, please call our office (208)777-8500 to schedule an appointment with our Fire Marshall.  If you have issues navigating their site please feel free to call our office for assistance.

Please follow safety guidelines for burning and call the D.E.Q. Hotline (1-800-633-6247) for air quality prior to your burn. If you should have any questions call our office M-F at 208-777-8500.

Next Board of Fire Commissioner's Regular Monthly Meeting

*Executive Session at 1500 hrs (3:00 pm) Regular Session at 1600 hrs (4:00 pm)
JDTC Building at 5271 E. Seltice Way, PF

* We will be starting this meeting an hour early for an Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter, which will be closed to the public.
