To request a copy of an incident report, minutes from public meetings, or any other public record maintained by Kootenai County Fire & Rescue please complete a Request for Public Record form

Normal records requests can be processed with no charge to the requestor. However, very large or highly complex records requests may require additional time and outside services and KCFR may impose a fee in those cases. For a copy of our fee schedule or to inquire if a fee will be charged please call our office at 777-8500.
Please note: All EMS records are maintained by Kootenai County Emergency Medical Services System (KCEMSS), not KCFR. To request a copy of an EMS Report please call KCEMSS billing department at 800-238-9398.
